A citizen of India or
A subject of Bhutan, or
A subject of Nepal, or
A Tibetan refugee who came over to India before the 1st
Jan, 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India.

Age Limit:
Candidate age between 21-30 years and Candidates born between
02nd Jan,1989 and 01st Jan,1998 are eligible.
Education Qualification:
Candidate has completed Graduation in
Engineering from Central or State University, or
M.Sc. degree or its equivalent with wireless
communication electronics, Radio Physics or Radio Engineering.
